	Corona Beach Blonde – This award-winning brew is considered a hybrid with a generous use of pale malt. It is brewed in an old fashion top-fermenting manner using Kolsch yeast, thus modeled after the German leitches. Our Blonde is slightly heavier in body than the German version with low hop perception and is a wonderful companion to pizza.
	Precision Pale Ale – Our Pale Ale is handcrafted in honor of the great Fender Precision Bass Guitar. This American style Pale is also an award-winner, with an abundance of Cascade Hops, who could resist its assertive bitterness and distinctive aroma? This medium bodied, golden ale has definitely marked its territory. Treat yourself to a pint today!
	Main Street Maibock – This is one of our very best selling beers and not surprisingly it won the Best All Around Brew at the 1999 Spectrum of Beers in Irvine, California. This is a full flavored lager with big rich malt flavor and balanced with Perle hops. These lagers are traditionally brewed in the dead of winter and aged until May, hence the name.
	American Hefeweizen – Deep in the heart of the Lager capital of Germany comes a most intriguing Ale. This wheat beer is fermented with American Kolsh yeast and served unfiltered to halter the splendor of flavors. This darling of the industry is often served with a slice of lemon to complement the mild and refreshing acidity of these beers.
	Sweet Georgia Brown – This sweet full-bodied British Ale is a venerable old world style that represents what most beers were like for centuries: simple, wholesome and drinkable. Our Brown has a dark hue with hint of nutty sweetness that comes from the roasted andCarmel malts. It is lightly hopped with Liberty hops and delivers a delectable full flavor.
	Hop Daddy IPA – This Beer style was engineered to be sent to the British troops occupying India in the late 1700's. In order to help the beers survive the 3-month ocean voyage, the brewers increased the alcohol content and added large quantities of hops. Hops act as a natural preservative and adds a strong bitter flavor. This recipe was the winner of our 1998 home brewer's contest and we believe any hophead will love this offering.
	Black Pearl Stout – This is a member of the sweet Stout category that traces its roots back to mild Ales that were brewed with a portion of oatmeal to cut the green beer harshness. This stout is very smooth and slightly sweeter with a relatively high alcoholic content. The roasted malts and smooth creamy texture makes for a clean finish. This Beer also was awarded a Bronze Medal at the California State Fair.
	Bishops Tippel Trippel – This Belgian Abbey Style is a strong brew with slight spice, or phenolic aroma and a light golden color. It was awarded a Bronze Medal at the 1999 California State Fair and has found a large following at Main Street Brewery. We suggest you sip this one and Beware.
	Bear Creek Pilsner – The original Pilsner Beer was brewed in Pilsen, Bohemia in 1842. Our version has a creamy dense head with an abundance of Czech Saaz hops. It is light in body, clean, crisp, generously hopped with malty overtones. This beer is the winner of our 1999 home brewer's contest and this is a special limited treat not to be missed.
	Katarina Wit - The secrets in the Brewmaster! Come and Try!
	Rimpau Red Ale – This beer is proudly named after one of Corona's founding fathers….George Rimpau. This Ale is known for its roasty flavor and sweet mouth feel. We use a generous amount of crystal malts leading to deep red hue which helps define this splendid ale.

Our Brewmaster uses traditional brewing methods along with the finest ingredients available. We brew our beer in small batches, to ensure freshness and quality. Although our methods are more expensive, we believe this process creates the best tasting beer.

Main Street is an award-winning brewery where our Ales and Lagers are heartier and more interesting than many of the beers you may find elsewhere. Once you discover the wonderful taste and many different styles of beer that we offer we anticipate that you will become a believer.
